WHAT DOES THE DESIGN FEE COVER?
The design fee covers the artistic and technical efforts of the designer to bring your vision to life, as well as the customization of names, numbers and sizes on each individual jersey.
DO YOU CREATE A CUSTOM LOGO FOR MY TEAM?
No, but you can message us about it and we can help you get a logo design for your team that you like with our designers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE DESIGN?
You can request up to 3 proofs/redesigns per design fee.
WHAT IS THE RESPONSE TIME TO RECEIVE AN ART PROOF?
A proof is usually generated within 24 business hours from the time of submission.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Production takes 2-4 weeks from the time the final invoice is paid.
CAN I PAY EXTRA TO SPEED UP PRODUCTION TIME?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of custom shirts, we are unable to expedite custom orders.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS I SHOULD ORDER?
There is no minimum. We also save our artwork in case you want to order more quantities or different equipment in the future.
